monday memories

I'm thinking Monday posts during blogtober might be about memories. tonight memories were made when i went to see the Vienna philharmonic orchestra with my son and my mum......what a wonderful night, very, very special. here's a couple of photos from tonite

moments in Brisbane

we are back from our jaunt to Brisbane. wonderful time with family, lots of eating (and drinking!), a visit to the city, the museum of modern art to see the Easton Pearson exhibition (fabulous), some shopping and some sightseeing. my family live near Moreton Bay and we walked along the pier at Shorncliffe and wandered past the beautiful old queenslanders in the area. some have been renovated to their former glory and are great examples of this style of architecture.
